Welcome to the April Edition of the Reagan National (DCA) and Dulles International (IAD) Airports Monthly Newsletter. | Spring is Here and So Are the Blossoms | Save Time and Skip Congestion: Use Kiss & Fly and the Cell Phone Lot | IAD Airport: Picking up? Use Cell Phone Lot to wait for arriving passengers. After your arriving passengers have collected their baggage, and exited the terminal, have them call you with the door number and level (departure or arrivals) where they are waiting.
Dropping off? Use Kiss & Fly Drop-Off to save time. Located at the Dulles Silver Line Metro station, which provides easy access to moving walkways that will take passengers straight to the terminal. Follow "Kiss & Fly Drop Off" signs and avoid curbside congestion.
| DCA Airport: Kiss & Fly Drop Off provides a quick route for those customers flying on Alaska, American, Delta, JetBlue, and United - with easy access to the North and South Security Checkpoints. Follow purple signs to “Kiss & Fly Drop Off” which leads to a marked pull-off area between the Parking Garages and the Metro station. | Significant Parking Reduction During Construction in DCA's Economy Lot | Parking capacity in DCA's Economy Lot has been temporarily reduced by 950 spaces to make way for the construction of a new parking structure. Due to this reduction in space, demand for parking in all facilities will be higher than normal through 2026. We strongly encourage making advanced reservations to guarantee a parking space in your preferred facility prior to your arrival.
Things to know: ๐ Parking space may not be available if you arrive without a reservation. ๐ There is no cost to make a reservation, and you can cancel your reservation for a full refund any time up to 1 hour before your reservation entry time. ๐ Customers with a reservation will be guaranteed a space even if entry signage at the parking facility indicates “FULL” parking. ๐ Significant discounts offered online only. Reservation rates are always at or lower than drive-up rates. The earliest reservations received will receive the deepest discounts! ๐ Passengers without a parking reservation should have an alternative option to reach the airport such as Metrorail (via Blue/Yellow line) ๐ By reserving your parking, you earn points through our new loyalty program, PassPark Rewards. The more you park with us the more you’ll benefit. | Royal Jordanian launched their nonstop service to Amman from IAD on March 22, offering over 50 seamless connecting destinations. | Avelo Airlines will launch exclusive nonstop service this summer between IAD and two North Carolina destinations - ILM (Wilmington) and USA (Charlotte-Concord). Wilmington service starts June 13. Charlotte-Concord service starts May 23. The service will use Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft. | Air China has upgraded its nonstop service between PEK (Beijing) and IAD to the spacious Boeing 747-8i.
